Initially joined in a consulting capacity to help migrate 650,000 free dial-up Internet users to one of the paid for services. Following successful completion of this project, was asked to go full time in April 02. From then on, responsible for developing a multi-million pound online sales channel for NTL and played a signifcant role in moving NTL from a base of 60,000 Broadband subscribers to over 1,000,000 subscribers in less than two years. Managed the online marketing P & L and with a small team, managed every aspect of the channel from driving traffic through to ntl sites to the back office order processing.

Set up Morph Consulting to help businesses develop the potential of their websites. He started the business from scratch, focusing on keyword bidding, email marketing, search engine optimisation, site design and online sales conversion immprovements. The business was wound down during the early part of 2002 as the work requirements of NTL increased.
